Microbiologist

**Overview**

Element has an opportunity for a **Microbiologist** that will, among other responsibilities, focus on cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of reusable medical devices in a GLP lab setting . This position in Eagan, MN will execute operationally on customer projects, and will support performing testing, method development, technical assessments and overall process improvement.

**Responsibilities**

+ Performs, evaluates and interprets a wide range of microbiological assays including basic analytical titrations in accordance with SOP and protocols
+ Performs, evaluates and interprets a wide range of cleaning, disinfecting and sterilization assays
+ Assists with the development of and performs, evaluates and interprets Research and Development (R&D) projects
+ Assists in implementing new methodologies
