Messaging Specialist for Cloud Services

Reporting to the GoA Messaging Services Team Lead, your responsibilities include ticket fulfillment for incidents and change requests involving Exchange Online and MS Teams. Your experience in IT infrastructure will aid in making recommendations to optimize cloud-based configurations and improve overall service delivery for Albertans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate technology requests and provide operational recommendations
• Develop and document architectural deployment plans
• Troubleshoot messaging hardware and software issues
• Produce reports on project statuses and timeliness
