This is an opportunity to work in our Technical Advisory team in our Madrid office. This team leads technical due diligence, monitoring and related advisory services across a wide range of building typologies, including commercial, mixed‑use, logistics and data centres, among others.

The role requires a strong understanding of building construction, technical standards and regulatory compliance, as well as the ability to assess risks and provide clear, insightful recommendations to clients.
