MEP Maintenance Supervisor

To evaluate the performance and activities of the outsourced and in-house services, equipment, and design. Provide propositions for future improvements in terms of service, cost, procedure, identify a benchmark for services, integrate management ideas by implementing, and lead the dept further. Coordinates and directs the planning, maintenance of buildings equipment and other facilities by applying best practice facilities management, to deliver a business-focused built environment. In-charge and to monitor the performance of FM services MEP, & Civil works, Cleaning, Waste management, Security, Pest control, Landscaping Consumables, Event handling & Warehouse Inventory. • Graduate or relevant work experience • Diploma Degree (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC) • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the facilities Management services field
