Vacancy Description
Position
The Oncology Unit is currently supported by three experienced medical oncologists who provide comprehensive care through daily outpatient clinics, inpatient ward rounds, and telehealth services to regional hospitals. The unit operates a fully staffed day oncology service, with trained oncology nurses and pharmacists delivering treatments Monday to Friday.
While radiotherapy services are not available on-site, the team maintains strong collaborative relationships with local private radiation oncology providers and specialists at the nearby University Hospital. The unit also participates in a select number of clinical trials and is eager to expand its research capabilities with the addition of another Medical Oncologist.
