Desired Candidate Profile

• Certified Medical Coder (CPC CCS or equivalent certification required).
• Minimum 1 3 years of coding experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 CPT & UAE insurance policies and claim submission portals.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with doctors and administrative staff.
• Must be available for morning shift (8:30 AM – 2:00 PM).
• Ability to work independently on commission-based structure.
