Day Shift

We are seeking experienced Medical Assistants to provide on-site clinical support in a secure correctional healthcare setting. This is a full-time contract opportunity supporting a structured Health Services Unit with consistent hours and a stable long-term assignment.

Location:
Tallahassee, FL (on-site clinical setting)

Schedule:

• Up to hours per week

• Monday–Friday, day shift

• No weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient intake, take and record vital signs, and document medical histories

• Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and mid-level providers during clinical activities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection as needed

• Operate EKG and basic laboratory equipment
