We’re on the lookout for a Mechanical Team Leader with real hands-on skill and Team Leading experience in the Rail/Vehicle indsutries

Mechanical Team Leader Role

• Responsible for shift briefs, work allocations, KPI's and monitoring
• Experience in large fitting environments, coach/vehicle builds
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
• Using hand and power tools for cutting, folding, and fitting
• Quality checking builds for alignment and accuracy
• Following Health &; Safety procedures and maintaining a safe workspace
