Responsibilities

• Deliver creative, detailed, and coordinated design solutions on budget and on time.
• Assist Project Manager and team members to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.

Required Skills

• Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills.
• Heating and cooling load calculations using HAP tools or similar.
• Ability to size mechanical systems.
• Ability to review, interpret, and apply building codes in different jurisdictions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
• Identify potential risks and report them to the PMs.
