Position Overview

A global leader in precision-engineered connector solutions for aerospace, defense, and industrial markets, is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to support and optimize production on existing manufacturing equipment. This is not an automation development role. We are looking for a technically grounded engineer who is comfortable on the floor, can diagnose mechanical issues, and knows how to work with precision components built to tight specifications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and support existing production machinery across the manufacturing floor

  • Work hands-on with small, precision-engineered components requiring strict dimensional tolerances
