Project scope and specifications are well defined and followed

Provide technical oversight to other engineers on large-scale projects

Designs are functional, easily manufactured, on schedule, and meet customer expectations

Designs meet Afinitas engineering standards

Design analysis, drawings, and bills of material are accurate

Develop innovative conceptual solutions

Coordinate large development projects

Perform design analysis for equipment

Create manufacturing drawings for equipment

Evaluate and implement design changes

Work with manufacturing on build processes and improvement

Use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office software effectively

QUALIFICATIONS

4-year Mechanical Engineering degree required

Thorough understanding of:Drafting standards, dimensioning, and tolerancesMechanical power relationships such as horsepower, torque, speed...
