Mechanical Development Engineer

We are looking for passionate and hands-on

Product Development Engineers

to join our R&D Centre (CRI) at Noida. The role involves

end-to-end development of domestic appliances

through a structured NPI process, working closely with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and external laboratories.

Key Responsibilities
End‑to‑end

development of domestic appliances and BOM parts , including:
*

Plastic & metal parts
*

Electrical & mechanical sub‑assemblies
*

PCBAs and packaging components

Execution of product development through a

stage‑gate NPI process
Prototype planning, development and validation
Development and coordination of

tooling (moulds & dies)

(preferred, not mandatory)
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

activities
Design and development of

jigs & fixtures
Interaction with

test labs, certification agencies and supplie...
