M&E Project Manager

Position Summary

The M&E Project Manager will be responsible for managing Mechanical & Electrical projects, and technical service delivery for semiconductor manufacturing plants and critical facilities environments. This role requires strong technical competency in HVAC and M&E systems, project execution capability, client management skills, and hands‑on experience in industrial facility operations. The successful candidate will lead site execution teams, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with operational and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Site Management

• Plan, manage, and execute M&E projects and maintenance activities at customer facilities.
• Coordinate site activities including manpower planning, scheduling, subcontractor management, and material control.
