MCR Operator

Eurovision Services is seeking highly motivated MCR Broadcast Operator to become part of our Network Operations Centre (NOC). She/he will join our global Operations departmentin Madrid, Spain.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

The MCR Broadcast Operator is responsible for the setup, monitoring, and orchestration of live transmissions and global events across our Eurovision Global Network, in line with the highest quality standards required by our customers. In this role, you will also provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to our customers as part of our 24/7 operational support service.

In detail, you will:

• Manage the set-up, monitoring and coordination of live transmissions from the NOC.
• Provide outstanding first line technical support (Level 1 and Level 2) for all transmission services and equipment on our Eurovision Global Network.
