**Primary Objectives:**

+ Support MTS’ Materials Testing business by providing materials testing knowledge/expertise to our worldwide customer base.
+ Provide pre-sales technical support and leadership to both our customers and sales teams.
+ Lead the translation of customer requirements into a proposed technical solution.

**Major Areas of Accountability:**

+ Provide technical assistance directly to our customers and salespeople.
+ Establish technical credibility with the prospective customer.
+ Understand the prospect’s technical needs and develop the appropriate MTS testing solution.
+ Conduct testing demonstrations to help the prospective customer understand the solution.
+ Plans and conduct effective customer presentations.
