Responsibilities
- Enter data according to Standard Operating Procedure
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Record information into Cargo Wise
- Check completed work for accuracy
- Proactively communicate with customer via email and call
- Keep sensitive customer or company information confidential
- Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiative
