Responsibilities

• Analyze data, identify gaps, and perform root cause analysis to resolve routing and system issues.
• Design and implement technical solutions that support sales and marketing operations.
• Conduct daily system audits, monitor marketing tech stack performance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide CRM support, data analysis, and technical assistance to stakeholders.
