Provide daily administrative and secretarial support, including tasks related to sales report, department admin task. Executes marketing initiatives with the objective to achieve target for GMBIS.

The Job

• Track and report sales and marketing performance by developing dashboard, monitor trend, provide reports to facilitate business development to drive sales and improvement.
• Keep management informed by preparing operational reports and sale figure appropriately.
• Conduct after sales services support that include attend to agents and customers’ enquiries, forms management, schemes setup and managing partner’s invoices, commission and operational related matters.
