About the role:

You will deliver impactful marketing initiatives that grow our brand and commercial performance online and in-store, and lead our creative team. 


Alongside hands-on campaign and publication delivery, you’ll provide direction and support to our Graphic Designers and Videographer, ensuring creative outputs are engaging and delivered efficiently. As a Marketing Specialist Creative Lead you will:

  • Deliver multi‑channel brand, product and seasonal marketing campaigns across digital, social, publications and in‑store channels.

  • Advise on social media activity, supporting content planning and community management.

  • Manage the delivery of Retail & Water publications, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.

  • Provide direction and support to the creative team to deliver high‑quality design and video assets.
