About The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations & AI Specialist to join team.blue’s Marketing Centre of Excellence. You’re the right fit for this role if you’re great at standardizing and scaling martech solutions across multiple markets, and can improve governance, conduct recurring audits, and find & fix discrepancies with AI before they become issues.
You’ll join a regional operations team of three specialists and one manager, based across Denmark, Slovakia, and Bulgaria. Your primary focus will be the CEE markets, but you’ll also support Nordic brands when needed.
You’ll report to the Regional Marketing Operations Manager and work within the CoE structure. Because the CoE has only recently launched, this is a real opportunity to help shape how we work. It requires someone who is comfortable operating in an evolving structure. For the right person, the role can grow as the CoE matures and expands across the group.
