(Position Summary)
The incumbent focuses on providing management direction and support tools for the management of marketing activities, 
building and promoting the company brand and its services in Korea. He/she is responsible for the development of marketing strategy, 
plan and budget for the region and for initiating and monitoring the success of an integrated marketing campaign for Korea.

1. Provides management support and guidance to the respective Management and Marketing staff e.g. by training staff in using Company Guidelines and Procedures for Marketing
2. Monitors output and quality of marketers in the region through Key Performance Indicator (KPI) setting, activities planning, budget controlling and annual internal audit of local Marketing Depts.
