The Opportunities:

This role supports AIA’s private health insurance business by playing a part in executing an integrated customer communications roadmap across marketing, engagement and mandatory communications. Working closely with product, technology, customer service and delivery teams, it develops and delivers clear, customer-focused communications that highlight member value, promote benefits, meet regulatory requirements and support business growth.
