The Market Intelligence Associate is the front line of Haystack's learning-driven sales and marketing engine. This role exists to build trust, listen deeply, and learn the Power & Utilities industry—not to pitch or close deals.

This person starts thoughtful conversations with industry professionals, captures real-world insights and language, and feeds that intelligence into Haystack's broader sales, marketing, and strategy efforts.

Success is measured by quality of conversations, strength of relationships, and usefulness of insights, not quotas.
