Mapping and Localization Engineer

We are seeking a Mapping and Localization Engineer to design and deploy robust spatial estimation systems for our fleet of autonomous cleaning robots. This role focuses on the development of highly reliable mapping and localization systems for dynamic indoor environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Mapping: Design and implement systems for sensor fusion‑based 2D/3D mapping, including map merging, and lifelong map update.
- Localization: Development of reliable real‑time localization for long‑term autonomous operation of robots.
- Deployment: Optimize algorithms for ARM‑based embedded systems and real‑time execution.
- Mentorship: Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior engineers in software best practices (Modern C++, ROS2).
