Manufacturing Technician

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (IDENTIFY UP TO 6 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES WITH ASSOCIATED JOB TASKS)

The incumbent will provide technical assistance and support to manufacturing operations, in order to support Manufacturing performance and Continuous Process Improvement initiatives.

Preventive Maintenance (PM)

• Assist in implementation of Equipment Preventive and Predictive Schedules based upon Historical Performance and manufacturers suggested maintenance intervals.

• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines, following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications and established PM schedules.
