Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Opti Staffing is hiring for a growing manufacturer of precision machined components specializing in close-tolerance parts, assemblies, prototyping, production runs, and CAD design. We’re looking for experienced Manual Machinists to join the team! ? What You’ll Do:
• Develop machining plans based on blueprint specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T
• Set up and operate manual mills and lathes (primarily lathes)
• Set up tooling and fixtures for each job
• Monitor production and make process adjustments as needed
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Hold tight tolerances of ± .
• Perform final inspections to drawing specifications
