Position Objective

The Managing Director is responsible for leading end-to-end client engagement, growth strategy, and high‑level digital positioning for Singaporean SME clients. This role serves as the primary strategic interface between local SME founders and the agency, identifying critical gaps in corporate branding, executing executive thought leadership, and driving market visibility and brand credibility.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic SME Client Management & Advisory

• Identify Core Branding Gaps: Direct and conduct exhaustive brand audits for local SME founders to isolate vulnerabilities in their digital reputation, messaging, and market position.
• C‑Suite Advisory: Act as an expert consultant to local SME founders, designing bespoke digital roadmaps that translate complex business objectives into authentic, credible public‑facing strategies.
