Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Chief People Officer, the Manager, Volunteer Programs advances the YWCA Regina’s mission and expands organizational capacity to deliver impact through the creation, execution, and continuous improvement of a strategic, innovative volunteer program. This role leads the full volunteer journey, aligning volunteer talent with program needs and creating inclusive, supportive experiences that foster long‑term engagement.

Qualifications
Education: Post‑secondary education in human resources, community development, social work, nonprofit management, or related field OR equivalent experience.
