What you’ll need to succeed as a Manager, Technology VMO at XPO
At a minimum, you’ll need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience5 years of industry experience in IT product and services procurement, sourcing, and IT contract administration; preferably in large, multi-state, multi-national IT departmentsKnowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) operations or service management processesExperience with contract administration, governance, and customer relationship management Preferred qualifications:
