Manager-Technology (Servicenow Development)

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Develop technical roadmaps for IT service management (ITSM) implementation using ServiceNow platform. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ITIL v3/4 framework. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, leadership or architecture role. Strong expertise in CSM, HRSd, Integration modules of ServiceNow platform. Proven track record of leading complex projects from initiation to delivery.
