Key Accountabilities
Manage the process of designing, developing, deploying and maintaining tools and processes to support operations for Technology.Lead team to document and educate users about relevant processes.Ensure alignment between processes and toolsets, modifying systems where needed to deliver desired results.Measure and improve process and tool maturity and compliance. Oversee execution of operational activities and measure process quality and compliance (incident handling, process execution, etc.) Establish roadmap to maintain currency, incorporate new features, and delivery TS objectives through technology solutions.Partner with other teams to identify dependencies and align roadmaps.Education, Experience, & Skill RequirementsExperience gained through college degree programs or certifications in Information Systems, Business, or Computer Science1...
