Manager, Software Development Engineering - AI Platform

About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team building our Agent Platform—the core infrastructure that enables teams to develop, deploy, orchestrate, and operate AI agents in production.

In this role, you will lead a team of engineers working on backend services, distributed systems, and developer tooling that power agent-based applications. You’ll be responsible for driving execution, shaping technical direction, and building a high‑performing team that delivers scalable, reliable platform capabilities.

You’ll partner closely with product, applied AI, and infrastructure teams to define how agent systems are built and operated across the organization.
