Manager, Shopping Concourse Operations

Job Description

• Develop and implement revenue and budget management strategies aligned with SCO and company goals.
• Monitor revenue trends, forecast future revenues, and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual revenue and performance reports.
• Support Tenant efforts in driving revenue and productivity, including activations such as marketing events and campaigns, and promote a service/retail culture at par with Solaire’s standard.

Budgeting & Financial Analysis

• Assist in preparation and monitoring of the department's budget, including analysis of variances and recommendations.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making within the department.
