Job Title - Manager Rewards Experience: 2–5 years (Total Rewards / C&B / Benefits Administration) Qualification: – MBA ( HR) 2.5 /4-5 Years in rewards Role Responsibilities: 1. Purpose of the Role This role supports the design, execution, and administration of the organization’s Compensation, Benefits, and Wellness programs. The incumbent will focus on day‑to‑day operations, vendor coordination, data management, policy administration, and employee support. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, executing processes with accuracy, and enabling a best‑in‑class employee experience across all Total Rewards pillars. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Compensation Administration Support annual compensation cycles—including budgeting, data validation, system readiness/support, and letter issuance.
