Manager, Programs (Quality Assurance & Academic Governance) Location: BITS Design School, Kalyan, Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Maharashtra The Manager oversees the development and implementation of quality frameworks, ensures the institution remains compliant with regulatory bodies and leads the operational delivery of high-stakes assessments. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance (QA) & Enhancement Framework Management: Develop and maintain the Institutional Quality Handbook, ensuring all policies align with national standards. Program Validation: Lead the approval process for new courses and the periodic review of existing ones to ensure academic rigor. Student Voice: Oversee student feedback mechanisms (surveys, focus groups) and ensure the You Said, We Did cycle is completed.
