The Manager supporting the Division of Clinical Biochemistry and Immunology in DLMP provides leadership for the Metals, Clinical Mass Spectrometry, and Clinical Forensic Toxicology Laboratories, ensuring high-quality, reliable testing that supports patient care and reference laboratory services. This role partners with laboratory directors and supervisors to monitor performance and financial metrics, guide workforce and capacity planning, and implement process improvements across specialized testing environments. Additional responsibilities include resolving operational challenges, fostering collaboration across teams and institutional partners, and providing supervision and guidance to staff as appropriate.
