Manager of Training Programs

Mô tả công việc: Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with managers and interview employees at all levels to identify and assess training development needs
- Design and develop training courses, tools and materials
- Lead and manage delivery of training solutions, including tests, assessment and certification
- Train to help employees/ New comers cultivate skills knowledge. Provide complete training to motivate others.
- Design tools/methodology to assess training effectiveness and identify improvement initiatives
- Conduct field observation, carry out gap analysis and execute appropriate field coaching to improve sales team performance in assigned territories
- Prepare and execute training plans in assigned territories as well as drive training initiatives to ensure achievement of defined goals

Requirements:
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Experience in retail management (Supermarket, especially Non-Food)...
