Provide planning and project management support for IT initiatives across APAC overseas subsidiaries, contributing to business improvement and operational efficiency. Act as a bridge between headquarters and overseas offices to visualize management and IT issues, design effective support functions, and promote IT-related projects aligned with business contribution.

• Identify, organize, and visualize management and IT-related issues of APAC overseas subsidiaries.
• Assess current IT capabilities and support flows at each overseas location.
