Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

This role will play an essential role in driving the successful delivery of projects within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization.


As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, planning, coordinating, and executing projects/programs that optimize business processes, improve service delivery, implement new systems and support the organization’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible to lead E2E projects, by planning, managing, and execute all key initiatives from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget (where applicable).

  • Ensure collaboration with cross-functional teams in GBS and/or others, to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop detailed project plans.

  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing risks, issues, and dependencies.
