:

As a Fund Operations Manager, you will lead a team of analysts performing daily/monthly review of components of NAV (Net Asset Value) and daily ETF Operations. You enjoy working in a dynamic, high volume and fast-paced operations environment and be an integral part of managing a team with a focus on supporting growing ETF capabilities within Fidelity and industry.

The Skills You Bring

  • Validated experience with Fund Accounting, Operations and understanding of the ETF industry.
  • An ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge and experience with PCF creation, Collateral management, AP/order management and Daily NAV calculation.
  • Strong communication abilities with various levels of management and business partners.
  • Change Management mentality to recommend changes to systems, processes, responsibilities, and reporting.
