Overview

Engineering Manager to lead a team of technical departments related to in‑house plastic injection moulding (including production engineering, maintenance technicians, and tool and die.)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinating and directing projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing overall project timelines.
• Analyze resources, tools, material, and overall program needs to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Plan, review and manage expense budgets.
• Miscellaneous duties assigned by the leadership team.
• Identify and participate in cost reduction, efficiency improvement and reduction of non‑value‑added operation projects through continuous improvement teams and other methods.
• Plan and direct the work of the Production Engineering team.
• Direct, review, and approve capital expenditure projects.
