Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex software products or platforms.
• Proven experience in delivering complex digital transformation programmes in using Agile principles
• Strong understanding of agile, lean, and flow-based delivery practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and use metrics to guide decisions.
• Skilled facilitator able to lead discussions, workshops, and ceremonies.

Delivery Planning Execution

Oversee and facilitate the end-to-end delivery of software features, services, or platforms from discovery through deployment. Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues across squads and functions, feeding into central logs and steering board packs as required. Drive the delivery roadmap in partnership with Head of Products and Technical Leads.
