Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Plant Manager, the Plant EHS Manager is responsible for engaging all employees in the plant to build a sustainable business by promoting a plant‑wide zero‑incident culture where everyone thrives in a safe, healthful, environment‑friendly, and dynamic workplace. The role drives plant strategies and programs in support of the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and standards, conducts assessments to identify health, safety and environmental risks, and develops programs to ensure sustainable development. The EHS Manager also identifies opportunities to reduce consumption of water and energy and the impact of greenhouse‑gas emissions, ensures proper performance of pollution control facilities or systems, and maintains compliance with government regulations and permits.
