Manager – Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Department: Manufacturing / EHS Location: Manufacturing Plant Role Purpose To lead and drive the Health, Safety & Environment agenda at the manufacturing unit by ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations, corporate global safety policies, and industry best practices. The role is responsible for managing safety in a hazardous manufacturing environment , ensuring safe handling of flammable materials such as ENA, implementing safety standards, and building a strong safety culture across employees and contractors. Key Responsibilities 1. Safety Leadership & Governance Lead implementation of the plant Health & Safety Management System aligned with corporate global safety policies and standards. Promote a strong safety culture through risk assessment, hazard identification, and behavior-based safety programs .
