DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives. Manage the planning, facilitation and completion of Lean projects to support cost reduction objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to identify and analyze process improvement opportunities. Conduct data analysis to assess current processes and measure performance metrics. Monitor and report on the progress of improvement projects. Ensures open communication throughout the organization by keeping Management informed of Project status and ensuring coordination of Lean activities. Foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Provide guidance and support to teams on improvement tools and technologies. Informs Management of additional support needed to achieve desired results. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
