As our Cardiac Cath Lab Manager, you will lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient cardiac care, managing staff, and upholding clinical standards.
Every day you will optimize scheduling, resources, and workflow, while developing staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.
To succeed, you need strong leadership, extensive clinical knowledge, and the ability to drive quality and compliance for superior patient outcomes.
**We are offering to qualified and experienced candidates a sign-on bonus not to exceed 10% of salary for this position.**
**Job Requirements**
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's Degree required, or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.
+ Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related field required.
+ Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience required.
