Role Overview
As a Manager, Business Development (Lifestyle Partnerships), you own the lifecycle of lifestyle partnership deals – prospecting, pitching, negotiating, launching and optimising revenue‑driving offers for members.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new lifestyle partners across sectors such as retail, F&B, entertainment, services, and e‑commerce.
- Pitch partnership concepts confidently, presenting value proposition, commercial model and campaign mechanics, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Drive deals from first meeting to contract close, negotiating commercials, terms and securing internal approvals.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders – marketing, product, finance, legal, operations – to launch partner offers on time.
- Track performance against targets, analyse results and optimise placement, mechanics, communications and partner readiness.
