Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Act as a compliance business partner to assigned units, providing day‑to‑day guidance and operational support; ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, including those issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) for non‑bank financial institutions and operators of payment systems; monitor and review regulatory changes specific to the fintech industry, communicating potential impacts to relevant teams; conduct gap analysis of new regulatory issuances; stay informed about digital banking, digital wallet, and online transaction regulations; participate in product development and launch initiatives, ensuring compliance from the outset.
