Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the APAC benefits strategy aligned with Netflix’s philosophy and company growth objectives.
• Lead design of insured and self‑insured programs, including medical, life, disability, retirement, and time‑away programs.
• Ensure competitiveness through benchmarking and market intelligence.
• Drive and oversee benefits funding, renewals, and vendor management.
• Drive disciplined cost management while balancing employee value proposition.
• Ensure compliance with multi‑country legislative and tax requirements.
• Strengthen governance standards.
• Build a credible regional benefits data infrastructure.
