Manager, Application Engineering

Nemours is seeking a Manager, Application Engineering (Custom Solutions) to join our Nemours Children's Health team in either Jacksonville, Florida, Orlando, Florida or Wilmington, Delaware.

This is a hybrid position.

The Manager of Custom Solutions is responsible for the leadership and management of the Custom Solutions team in the design, development, maintenance and support of custom developed applications. This position will provide oversight to all phases of our strategy, architecture, delivery and support of custom developed
applications, with specific emphasis on performance, availability, scalability, quality and on time delivery. Additionally, this role makes recommendations to standardize procedures and processes and to introduce new technology or improve existing technology, including analyzing costs and preparing cost/benefit analyses of recommended changes.
